The role will focus on financial modeling, variance analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and insightful financial insights.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Assist in the development and maintenance of financial planning models.\n· Support the preparation of the Strategic Business Plan (SBP), Annual Financial Plan, and rolling forecasts.\n· Perform monthly variance analysis and prepare management reporting packs.\n· Conduct financial analysis on key risk and opportunity areas.\n· Coordinate with business units to gather and validate financial inputs.\n· Submit financial data into Essbase and other planning systems.\n· Prepare valuation models and support business case development.\n· Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Tax, and Treasury teams to ensure aligned planning inputs.\n· Support the implementation of best practices in financial planning processes.\n· Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and cluster-level reviews.\n· Support FP&A Manager with preparation of cluster reporting templates.\n· Assist FP&A Manager with monthly and quarterly GP financial close procedures adhering to Control cut-off procedures and deadlines.\n· Assist FP&A Manager with adhoc reporting, projects or financial analysis.\n· Preparation of pricing and costing uploads for FP&A manager review.\nQualifications & Experience\n· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
