Reporting within the Information Security function, you will oversee day-to-day support operations, P1 and P2 incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our security posture.\nAbout the Job\nLead, coach, and develop a team of security operations professionals, providing performance feedback, career development support, and day-to-day guidance.\nOversee security monitoring, L2 and L3 security tool support, and operational response activities to ensure timely investigation and resolution of security events and user-reported issues and escalations.\nParticipate in incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews.\nManage and optimize security operations technologies while partnering with infrastructure, cloud, identity, and security teams to strengthen enterprise security controls.\nDrive security operational excellence through vulnerability management, automation initiatives, process improvements, compliance support, and maintenance of runbooks and operating procedures.\nAbout You\n5+ years of experience in security operations, security engineering, or a related cybersecurity discipline\n1-2 years experience leading or managing security teams.\nExperience working with endpoint detection and response platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or similar technologies.\nStrong knowledge of security operations practices, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and network security concepts.\nFamiliarity with cloud security technologies and environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent
