Find your fit - and your future.\nAs a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support our Human Resources Business Partner and site leadership on all matters relative to Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will be an important member of the management team and ensures all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly. This includes overseeing and leading cross-functional initiatives, driving accountability within the team, promoting continuous process improvements and building a culture centered around employee engagement and LS&Co. values.\nAbout the Job\nPartner in managing administration for employee life cycle. \nAddress employee relation concerns, including payroll, attendance, and work performance matters. \nParticipate in employee performance investigations. \nAdminister and reconcile timecard and payroll functions for the site. \nImprove processes by creating people reports, analyzing data and documentation, and making recommendations.\nConduct hiring interviews and exit interviews. \nPartner with team members and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, and changes to processes.\nFacilitate and help provide training to DC team members. \nParticipate in team member recognition, milestone, and reward program coordination. \nParticipate and conduct new hire orientation.\nParticipate in process improvement for the department\nMaintain employment data within the HRIS and electronic filing systems, including on and off-boarding disciplinary updates.\nYou will report to Sr. Manager, HR\nAbout You\nAssociates degree, or equivalent experience\n2 years of relative HR experience\nHRIS and payroll proficiency is preferred\nComfortable seeking opinions from individuals or teams, actively listening, and brainstorming.\nAdaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; must be versatile and willing to assist where needed across the site operations\nLives the LS&Co. values of empathy, originality, integrity and courage\nThis is a hybrid work schedule based in our Erlanger Distribution Center. You will be expected in office 5 days per week. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.\nThe expected starting salary range for this role is $51,800 - $75,900 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.\nLevi Strauss & Co.
