You will work with the company’s cloud systems, participate in internal projects, and help our SysAdmin team. Please note that this is a full-time, office-based role from our Kyiv office during the first three months. After successfully completing the probation period, you will be able to work in a hybrid format.\n\n🔹Requirements\n\nInfrastructure & Networking:\n\nStrong networking experience, including:Routers — MikroTik\n\nSwitches — Juniper, HP\n\nWLAN — Aruba, Ubiquiti (UBNT)\n\nVPN tunnels, IPSec, EoIP\n\nVLANs, 802.1X, RADIUS\n\nFirewalls and firewall rule management\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, NAT and network troubleshooting.\n\nUnderstanding of network security principles, firewall rules and security best practices.\n\nExperience with software and hardware load balancers.\n\nExperience with proxy and reverse proxy technologies.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure issues and identify root causes.\n\nMicrosoft / Windows Infrastructure:\n\nStrong experience with Windows Server administration.\n\nPractical experience with:Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)\n\nDNS / DHCP\nDFS\n\nWSUS\n\nSCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager\n\nGroup Policy\n\nUnderstanding of Active Directory security, Group Policy and identity management.\n\nExperience with enterprise Windows infrastructure and production environments.\n\nExperience managing Windows devices.\n\nVirtualization & Cloud:\n\nStrong experience with VMware vCenter Server and virtualized environments.\n\nPractical experience with Microsoft Azure.\n\nGood understanding of Azure infrastructure, including:Virtual Machines\n\nVirtual Networks, Subnets and NSGs\n\nAzure Storage\n\nAzure Backup\n\nAzure Monitor / Log Analytics\n\nAzure RBAC\nExperience with hybrid on-premises / cloud infrastructure.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud security, availability, backup and disaster recovery principles.\n\nExperience with cloud migrations and infrastructure optimization is an advantage.\n\nIdentity, Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management:\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, MFA, SSO and Conditional Access.\n\nUnderstanding of endpoint security and device compliance policies.\n\nSecurity:\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure and network security principles.\n\nExperience with firewall configuration and security policies.\n\nUnderstanding of VPN/IPSec security.\n\nUnderstanding of RBAC, MFA, least-privilege access and Zero Trust principles.\n\nExperience with system hardening, patch management and security best practices.\n\nAutomation & Modern Infrastructure:\n\nGood PowerShell skills and experience automating administrative tasks.\n\nMonitoring, Backup & Troubleshooting:\n\nExperience with infrastructure monitoring and log analysis.\n\nExperience with backup and restore solutions.\n\nCommunication:\n\nIntermediate English (B1–B2 or higher).\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.\n\nAbility to document infrastructure, configurations and technical solutions.\n\n🔹Nice to have\n\nPractical experience with Linux server administration, including Ubuntu Server, CentOS\n\nBasic understanding of Linux networking, services, permissions, logs and troubleshooting.\n\nMicrosoft Azure certifications, especially Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect.\n\nCCNA / JNCIA certification.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Defender.\n\nExperience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.\n\nExperience with Docker or Kubernetes.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.\n\nExperience with Windows Server Failover Clustering.\n\nExperience with enterprise firewall platforms.\n\nExperience with hybrid identity and Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect.\n\nExperience participating in cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects.\n\nExperience with MDM / Endpoint Management solutions, like Microsoft Intune, Mosyle/Jamf\n\n🔹9 reasons to join us:\n\nToday we're working with the technology of tomorrow.\n\nWe don't wait for a change.
