from refinement and architecture, through implementation and testing, to store release and post-release monitoring\n\nSolve complex technical challenges with elegant, scalable solutions that push our mobile stack forward\n\nWork with the native layer where needed\n\nOwn the release process - CI/CD for mobile and App Store and Google Play submissions\n\nWrite robust unit, component, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability\n\nCollaborate closely with project managers, PO, UX/UI designers, and test developers to deliver a seamless mobile experience\n\nSupport operational excellence through practices like code review and pair programming\n\nStay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and integrating new technologies where they add value\n\nMentor and guide less experienced developers\n\nWhat do we expect from you?\n3+ years of experience in the software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience\n\nStrong commercial experience with React Native, with apps you have shipped and maintained in production\n\nSolid mobile development background and understanding of the iOS and Android platforms, their guidelines, and their release processes\n\nExcellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript\n\nExperience with mobile state management and data-fetching approaches (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query, or similar)\n\nExperience with Expo and/or the bare React Native workflow, including native build configuration\n\nExperience designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs\n\nExperience with mobile testing using tools like Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, Maestro, or similar\n\nProficiency with version control systems, especially Git\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, EAS, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar) and cloud-based deployment practices\n\nAbility to debug and profile across the JavaScript and native layers, and to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues\n\nProficiency with AI-assisted development tooling such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor - using it daily to move faster while keeping the quality, security, and review bar high\n\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts\n\nFamiliarity with both SQL and NoSQL database principles\n\nGood communication skills in English, both written and spoken\n\nNice to have:\nT-shaped experience beyond React Native, for example:\nNative mobile development -
