Levio is looking for someone to support our end-to-end proposal process for Government of Quebec bids, which includes managing our bid development and preparing materials for submission to various departments. \nRESPONSIBILITIES :\nConduct active monitoring of public tenders on the SEAO and other specialized procurement platforms.\n\nTrack business opportunities and participate in the preparation of proposals, including opening project files, planning activities, and preparing response templates.\n\nReview addenda, updates, and tender results, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.\n\nCoordinate proposal production activities with the various stakeholders involved.\n\nCompile, review, and format the documents required for submissions.Ensure the administrative compliance of proposal files and all required documentation.\n\nHandle the printing, assembly, and preparation of proposals when a physical submission is required.\n\nMaintain and update various management tools and systems, including templates, response libraries, the proposals calendar, and the Salesforce CRM system.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :\nRelevant experience in preparing service proposals or tender submissions, ideally within the information technology sector.\nExcellent organizational and priority management skills.\nStrong ability to work independently and take initiative.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality.\nAbility to demonstrate discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.\nOccasional availability outside regular business hours to meet submission deadlines.\nBilingualism (English and French).\nExperience in the consulting services industry (an asset).\nBENEFITS :\nLevio offers a wide range of benefits designed to provide maximum flexibility for its employees!
