At Levio, we value expertise, curiosity, and continuous improvement - and we give you the space to grow. \nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking ServiceNow Developer for various large-scale projects.\nWhy Join Levio? \nWork on complex, high impact digital transformation projects \nCollaboratewithexperienced, multidisciplinaryteams \nContinuously develop your technical and professional expertise \nEnjoy flexibility, autonomy, and a strong people first culture \nBe part of an organization that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation \nRole and Responsibilities\nAs a ServiceNow Developer, you will:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions;\nDesign and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform;\nDesign and develop custom applications using App Engine project. \nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems;\nEnsure data integrity/security/privacy and participate in regular system maintenance tasks, including upgrades and patches;\nHelp troubleshoot development, configuration, and performance-related issues within ServiceNow;\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including system design, implementation plans, and user guides;\nProvide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders;\nDesign dashboards and reports;\nAssist with user training as needed.\nQualifications and Experience\nCollege or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;\nThree to five years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow;\nPossession of ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD);\nTechnical experience with the platform, including participation in upgrades and patching;\nExperience in deploying the platform (new installations);\nExpertise in various ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), GRC, SecOPS, IRM, CSM;\nComfortable working with Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies, DevOps practices, and Continuous Integration / Delivery / Deployment (CI/CD);\nProficiency in English, French is a plus;\nActive Secret clearance requested.\nCompensation (Ontario) \nThe salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications.
