Experience the daily life of our clients and be a significant player in the most ambitious projects in technology and software solutions.\nJOB DESCRIPTION :\nWe are seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher for Canadian public sector projects.\nRESPONSIBILITIES :\nUser research activities to support discovery of user needs and evaluation of user performance including a range of moderated and unmoderated usability testing as well as a range of user research methods, depending on the problem space (surveys, diary studies, interviews);\nContent-related user research activities including card sorts, tree jack testing, content understanding, content discovery;\nResearch reports;\nPresentations to communicate research insights and recommendations;\nAddition of relevant insights to the design system specifications; and\nAddition of insights to the UX research repository for future reuse. \nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :\nPost-secondary education mandatory.\nMore than ten (10) years' experience as a UX Researcher.\nExperience in artificial intelligence (AI), specifically Claude Code.\nExperience in conducting all the following research activities:User interviews;\nUsability testing;\nAccessibility testing;\n\nDemonstrated ability to scope, plan, manage, and execute all aspects of user research studies including:Determining appropriate research methods;\nDefining research plan;\nRecruiting participants;\nResearch moderation;\nData collection and analysis; or,\nDocumentation, insights and presentation of actionable recommendations.\n\nMaking recommendations specific to a variety of UX activities including but not limited to:Information architecture (IA);\nContent design;\nInterface design; and\nService design.\n\nApplying research ethics, data privacy, accessibility, and inclusive lenses to all stages of research activities.\nExperience working in Agile product team environments.\nSpoken and written English required.\nGovernment of Canada security clearance (Reliability) and former public sector work experience an asset.\nLevio subscribes to the principle of employment equity and applies an equal access employment program for women, Indigenous peoples, visible minorities, ethnic minorities, and persons with disabilities.\nLevio values diversity and inclusion and aims to create a healthy, accessible, and rewarding work environment that highlights the unique contribution of our employees to the success of our company.
