Monitor the quality control data obtained through lab analyses of incoming raw materials, process samples and final products (including shipments). Ensure that work follows safety rules, environmental policies, and procedures. Responsible for lab facilities and operations during off hours, weekends, and holidays.\nWhat will you do?\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of Laboratory Technicians to ensure day to day operations of the Quality Control Laboratory in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.\nResponsible for administering laboratory safety and housekeeping programs along with supervising the operation and maintenance of lab equipment.\nProvide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.\nSupervises calibration and repairs to instruments.\nSupervises shift to provide 24 hour quality control operations.
