Management:\nLead and manage engineering development projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.\nWork closely with the team to meet project timelines and deliverables.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.\nPerform work breakdown with engineers, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and project documentation.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and successful delivery.\nCoordinate tasks among various engineers and stakeholders, including subcontractors.\nConduct meetings with project owners, product owners, and other stakeholders.\nEnsure multiple projects are executed on time and within budget.\nEnsure documentation and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed, acting as Quality Assurance Manager.\nFacilitate communication to align project objectives with organizational goals.\nOrganize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nAllocate resources effectively to meet project demands.\nOptimize workflow and productivity in collaboration with team members.\nMonitor and report project progress to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.\nBusiness Development Assistance:\nAssist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.\nCultivate and maintain relationships with clients and partners.\nParticipate in business meetings and presentations to pitch company products/services.\nProvide support in business operations and administration as needed to assist management and the CEO.\nParticipate in grant writing and other fundraising activities as required.\nEngage in FDA-related activities and adhere to quality protocols.\nFoster collaboration between engineering teams, researchers, and cross-functional teams.\nManage federally sponsored grants, including writing proposals and ensuring compliance.\nSupport additional grant writing efforts to secure funding for R&D initiatives.\nHandle ad-hoc tasks relevant to startup operations and requirements.\nAdapt to evolving priorities and assist in fulfilling organizational needs.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in engineering development environments.\nProject management certification is strongly preferred.\nProficiency in Agile methodologies and
