The primary responsibilities of this position include receiving, reviewing, and docketing all documents requiring calendaring and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date electronic calendars for attorneys and legal teams. The position ensures the accurate calculation and entry of deadlines related to litigation matters, including discovery, pre-trial activities, motions, hearings, depositions, trials, and appeals. Depending on the needs of specific practice groups, calendaring responsibilities may be expanded to include additional matter-specific deadlines and events.\nLewis Brisbois offers a full suite of benefits including 401k with employer match, as well as sick and vacation time.
