The role performs routine operational work such as patching, moves, adds, and changes; validates the successful completion of backups and scheduled maintenance; resolves incidents and service requests; and helps ensure that infrastructure systems remain secure, supported, available, and fully operational.\nThis position works closely with other Information Technology teams, business departments, vendors, and project stakeholders to complete assigned tasks and projects on schedule. The engineer is expected to identify operational risks, simplify support processes, optimize infrastructure services, and recommend practical alternative solutions that improve resiliency, supportability, security, performance, and cost effectiveness.\nLewis Brisbois offers a full suite of benefits including 401k with employer match, as well as sick and vacation time. We also offer excellent opportunities for growth and advancement while working with a collaborative team.\nResponsibilities\nJob Specifications/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\nFive or more years of progressive experience supporting enterprise infrastructure operations, including several of the following areas: storage, networking, backup and recovery, virtualization, cloud services, and data center technologies.\nExperience supporting a large, geographically dispersed professional services organization is preferred;
