The Account Care Representative is the bridge between our clients and their attorneys regarding billing and financial matters. This position handles collection of client’s payments in a very customer friendly way. You are committed to excellent customer service!\nWork schedule is Monday thru Friday from 10 am - 7 pm. \nHours during training are 8 am - 5 pm. With expertise in marketing for law firms, revenue optimization, billing and collections, support services, and more, Lexicon is your trusted partner for all legal practice needs.\nResponsibilities:\nObtain payments by notifying clients of account status\nAnswer billing questions from both attorneys and their clients\nWork with our internal Client Care Department regarding client concerns\nUpdate client records when needed\nCommunicate with attorneys on a regular basis regarding the status of client accounts\nProfessional positive demeanor, team-like/cross function cooperation\nExcellent computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite\nMust have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities\nGo above and beyond on simple requests to make things easier on others\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 1 year of previous experience in a customer service setting or in collections\nGeneral math skills\nHigh School Diploma\nExcellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal & customer service skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nLexicon Services provides exceptional benefits and a collaborative working environment.
