You will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products while providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on development best practices.\nResponsibilities\n- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for 2 teams.\n- Provide design input across a product.\n- Work directly with customers and end users.\n- Serve as acknowledged “go to” person on coding and technical issues.\nInterface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.\n- Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.\n- Complete complex bug fixes.\n- Design and work with complex data models.\n- Mentor lead software developers interested in consultancy on development methodologies and optimization techniques.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n- Strong hands-on experience in C# software development.\n- Strong experience designing and developing API-based solutions.\n- Solid cloud technology experience, particularly AWS, with Azure or other cloud platforms also relevant.\n- Experience contributing to software architecture and technical design.\n- Ability to translate high-level architectural direction into practical technical standards and solutions.\n- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and develop engineering teams.\n- Strong adaptability and ability to learn and apply evolving engineering and architectural practices.\n- Demonstrable AI fluency, with experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day software engineering work.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
