You will design program flows, develop and unit test code, solve technical problems, and collaborate with other technology professionals to translate product requirements into effective software solutions.\nResponsibilities:\n- Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.\n- Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.\n- Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.\n- Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.\n- Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.\n- Resolve technical issues as necessary.\n- Complete bug fixes.\nRequirements:\n- Proficiency with data manipulation languages.\n- Understanding of data modeling principles.\n- Ability to work with complex data models.\n- Proficiency in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, React\n- Familiarity of industry best practices - code coverage.\n- Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources.\n- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).\n- Knowledge of test-driven development.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
