About the Role

The Implementation Specialist supports the successful delivery and adoption of compliance solutions for assigned customer accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting product implementation, and contributing to client retention and growth.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand needs, deliver solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue targets through new business, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute account and territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate and well-managed sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Forecast sales activity and report on progress regularly.
  • customer retention and product adoption through proactive engagement.
  • Lead deal negotiations and collaborate with internal partners to close opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by developing a strong understanding of products and customer needs.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and support issue resolution when needed.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.

Business Acumen:

Demonstrates a solid understanding of general business principles, financial concepts, products/services, and market dynamics.

Sales & Account Management Expertise:

5 + years of Proven experience in sales and account management, with deep product knowledge and the ability to position solutions effectively to meet client needs.

Business Expertise:

Understands key business drivers and can align solutions to support client and organizational objectives.

Problem Solving & Decision-Making:

Applies established procedures to resolve standard issues; analyses information and leverages existing practices to make sound judgments.

Impact & Execution:

Operates within defined processes and procedures to achieve targets and meet deadlines consistently.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

Communicates clearly and effectively, presenting information in a structured and appropriate manner. Able to simplify technical concepts and influence clients in routine scenarios.
