Responsibilities Project Coordination\nCoordinate physical security projects from initial planning through implementation, commissioning, and closeout.\nMaintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and project documentation.\nCoordinate site surveys, installation activities, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.\nTrack multiple projects simultaneously and escalate schedule, resource, scope, or implementation risks.\nCoordinate project activities across Corporate Security, Facilities, IT, Real Estate, vendors, integrators, and site stakeholders.\nSupport new office openings, renovations, security system upgrades, expansions, and lifecycle replacement initiatives.\nSecurity Technology\nCoordinate deployment and upgrades of access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management, and supporting security infrastructure.\nAssist with security system design reviews, drawings, project specifications, and implementation requirements.\nCoordinate installation requirements involving readers, controllers, cameras, network connectivity, power, cabling, and related infrastructure.\nSupport field-of-view validation, system testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.\nVendor and Integrator Coordination\nServe as a day-to-day coordination point for security integrators, contractors, manufacturers, consultants, and service providers.\nCoordinate vendor schedules, site access, installation activities, technical meetings, and project deliverables.\nReview project quotes, scopes of work, equipment lists, change requests, and implementation schedules for completeness.\nTrack open vendor issues through resolution.\nSupport acceptance testing and collection of final service and project documentation.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nMaintain project trackers, equipment inventories, drawings, schedules, meeting notes, action logs, and closeout documentation.\nMaintain accurate records of project decisions, changes, risks, and outstanding issues.\nDevelop routine project status reports and leadership updates.\nEnsure as-built drawings, configuration information, warranties, testing documentation, and turnover materials are collected at project completion.\nSupport documentation required for audits, compliance reviews, investigations, and risk assessments.\nDocumentation, inventories, standards, operating procedures, audits, compliance reviews, investigations, and risk assessments are also responsibilities within this role.\nQualifications\nRequired\nExperience supporting projects in physical security, security technology, facilities, construction, IT infrastructure, or a related environment.\nWorking knowledge of physical security systems such as access control and video surveillance.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, schedules, and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.\nAbility to read and work with project schedules, equipment lists, scopes of work, floor plans, and technical documentation.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting multi-site corporate physical security environments.\nExperience working with security systems integrators and installation contractors.\nFamiliarity with cloud-managed physical security technologies.\nExperience with access control, video management, visitor management, or intrusion detection platforms.\nFamiliarity with construction and renovation projects involving security technology.\nProject management training or certification such as CAPM or PMP is beneficial.\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 - $89,800.
