Team members are required to be in the Miamisburg, Ohio office weekly on Wednesday & Thursday.\nAs a Solutions Consultant in our Small Law market, you will become an expert on the use of LexisNexis products and the value they provide legal professionals. The Consultant is responsible for providing education and support, building preference, and driving usage of our solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and/or territory. You will build solid relationships within accounts, understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation and lead generation. This role involves assisting legal professionals with use of LexisNexis research tools, providing legal research assistance, and partnering with sales to grow revenue for the Business.\nResponsibilities\nProviding consultative services to legal customers and prospects through proactive outreach to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products\nCommunicating credibly with customers to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education and consultation to help improvement\nReaching out to customers via phone and email to uncover training and product needs\nDelivering specialized customer presentations and trainings, communicating our value propositions, and highlighting competitor differentiators to retain and drive revenue\nCollaborating with internal partners to drive preference and develop strategic account plans\nPartnering with sales to provide product demonstrations for prospective and current customers to grow revenue for the business\nIdentifying and sharing upsell leads and opportunities with sales partners\nRequirements\nHave a Juris Doctor degree, or comparable experience in a paralegal, legal secretary or law librarian role\nDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skills\nPossess comfortability with delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment\nDemonstrate excellent proven sales and/or training experience\nHave legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools\nBe able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams with different functions\nHave the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
