You’ll solve complex problems that genuinely matter - and you’ll see the results.\n\nThe Challenge\nAs we scale across multiple European markets, our infrastructure has to keep pace without ever compromising on reliability, security, or speed. You’ll own the cloud foundation that our AI products run on: the platform our engineers build on every day and the systems thousands of legal professionals depend on. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, working closely with our engineering team to translate fast growth into stable, well-architected infrastructure.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\n\nOwn our infrastructure-as-code setup (Terraform), making environments reproducible, auditable, and easy to evolve.\n\nManage and optimize our serverless architecture, from deployment workflows to autoscaling and resource tuning.\n\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines that let our engineers ship quickly and safely.\n\nStrengthen observability across the stack - monitoring, logging, alerting - so we catch issues before our users do.\n\nHarden our security and compliance posture (we’re GDPR and ISO 27001 aligned), embedding best practices into the platform by default.\n\nDesign disaster recovery and business continuity plans and implementation strategies.\n\nPartner with product and engineering teams to support new features with the right infrastructure, and lead by example on operational excellence.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Backend Engineering, or a similar role.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (experience with another major cloud is welcome if you’re ready to go deep on GCP).\n\nSolid command of infrastructure-as-code, especially Terraform.\n\nProduction experience with serverless and event-driven architectures.\n\nKnowledge of various DB systems (e.g. SQL/noSQL, vectorial)\n\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, CircleCI, Jenkins).\n\nComfort with at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.\n\nA working understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management.\n\nA pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: you measure your work by outcomes, not effort, and you tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable.\n\nFluency in Italian and English.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI-based coding (e.g. Cursor, or Claude Code)\n\nExperience with AI and LLMs.\n\nWHAT SETS US APART\nAn Exceptional Team\nAt Lexroom.ai, you’ll work alongside top talent in tech and legal AI.\nOur focused teams operate with purpose and autonomy, so every contribution delivers visible results.\nYou’ll collaborate with people who pair innovation with rigor, curiosity with discipline, ambition with depth.\nGrowth that Matters\nWe hire exceptional people to make a difference-and we give them space to lead.\nYour work will shape the future of legal technology and set new standards for the field.\nImpact is defined by vision and execution, not by age or title.
