Become Europe's most-used legal product.\nThe role\nYou’ll own how People Operations runs in every country we operate in, today and as we expand. That means payroll closes under control, data we can trust, and processes nobody has to chase.\nYou’ll report to our Head of People and lead a team of People Ops Specialists, with an Ops Specialist supporting you on the technical side of our tools.\nWhat you’ll do\nMake payroll accurate and reliable in every country: choose, manage and, when needed, replace our local providers, and own the monthly close (calendar, cut-offs, pre- and post-run checks, reconciliation with Finance)\n\nOwn our HRIS (HiBob) as our single source of truth, and its connection to payroll in every country\n\nRun the employee lifecycle, benefits and ESOP administration across Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Bulgaria and every new market we open\n\nKeep each country compliant: map the risks, decide what to fix first and track it to closure\n\nDesign processes and data with measurement in mind, and use AI to remove manual work\n\nLead and grow the team\n\nWhat you bring\nSolid experience in HR or People Operations, owning processes end to end, including the Italian employment framework\n\nHands-on experience running payroll through external providers: month-end close, controls, reconciliations and provider management\n\nExperience owning an HRIS and connecting it to payroll (e.g. HiBob with JetHR, PayFit, Deel)\n\nA track record of automating HR processes, with concrete AI use cases you can walk us through\n\nFluent Italian and English\n\nNice to have\nHR operations experience outside Italy\n\nHands-on experience with HiBob\n\nHR analytics\n\nWhat we offer\nSalary: €55,000-65,000 gross
