Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.\nRole\nYou’ll own the product for two distinct but connected areas: one of our core AI product surfaces (such as legal research, drafting, practice workflows) and one of our international expansion markets across Europe.\nThat means doing the discovery work to understand what law firms actually need, shipping features that move retention and depth of use, and helping figure out what Lexroom means in a new market, from corpus coverage to onboarding to positioning.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.\n\nRun discovery: user interviews, behavioral data, support signal - enough to know what’s worth building before you commit the team.\n\nTurn insights from users, data, and internal stakeholders into a clear, actionable roadmap, and keep it up to date.\n\nWrite specs that engineering can build from without a follow-up meeting, define user stories, and manage the backlog.\n\nCollaborate daily with engineering, design, and legal engineers to ship simple, high-impact features.\n\nDrive international expansion work: competitor analysis, market fit assessment, localization gaps, go-to-market coordination with sales and marketing.\n\nOwn launch quality: brief stakeholders, define success metrics, close the feedback loop with sales, marketing, and customer success after shipping.\n\nTrack what matters. Not vanity metrics - activation, retention, feature depth. Run experiments and use data to inform decisions.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or early-stage startups.\n\nYou’ve shipped high-quality features end-to-end in fast-paced environments and can point to the outcome, not just the output.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident working with product metrics.\n\nComfortable working from ambiguous signals: you can turn a messy interview or a confusing data cut into a clear hypothesis.\n\nFluent in English - both markets, both stakeholders. Italian language is a plus.\n\nStructured thinker.
