In this role, you will act as a key on-the-ground contributor in the Netherlands, supporting social media channels, event/trade show logistics, and general marketing initiatives.\nYou will report directly to the Head of Marketing (based in the US) and work closely on-site with local business developers, engineers, and technical teams in Europe.\nLocation: On-site in Leiden, Netherlands (with occasional travel/visits to PlantOne in Eindhoven).\nYou will be responsible for:\nSocial Media & Digital Content\nAssist in drafting, scheduling, and publishing content across corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).\n\nMonitor social media engagement, track channel analytics, and support audience growth strategies.\n\nCapture on-site photos, short video clips, and updates from the Leiden and Eindhoven facilities for promotional use.\n\nEvent & Trade Show Logistics\nSupport the execution and preparation for major B2B industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.\n\nAssist with event logistics, booth collateral shipping/setup, promotional merchandise management, and vendor coordination.\n\nHelp compile post-event lead data and competitor summaries from industry gatherings.\n\nMarket Research & General Marketing Support\nConduct B2B market research and competitive benchmarking across the battery and energy storage sectors.\n\nSupport the creation of marketing collateral, presentation decks, newsletters, and press distribution materials.\n\nPerform additional marketing and administrative coordination tasks as needed to support global marketing operations.\n\nAnalyze data to provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.\n\nIf necessary, we may require you to perform activities normally undertaken by others or to take on additional activities.\n\nRequirements\nAbout You:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field\n\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills (English is our working language)\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite\n\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Create Suite and Google Analytics\n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a
