This program represents a significant expansion of our product portfolio, complementing our existing offerings and integrating seamlessly with our digital planning and indirect bonding capabilities. The role requires exceptional program management skills to navigate an extremely complex technical path, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across hardware, software, and manufacturing domains.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nLead and drive a strategic product program through its entire lifecycle, managing complex technical integration within LightForce's personalized orthodontics system\nDevelop comprehensive program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, balancing technical complexity with business objectives\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, manufacturing, and clinical affairs to ensure alignment and successful execution\nIdentify, track, and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans for the most complex technical challenges\nLead weekly program updates and status reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders\nManage resource allocation across multiple workstreams, ensuring optimal team composition to address technical complexities\nEstablish and maintain program governance, including decision-making frameworks, change management processes, and escalation paths\nDrive continuous process improvement within the program and across the organization\nBalance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions to keep the program on track\nProvide technical leadership on complex manufacturing, material science, and digital workflow integration challenges\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred\n5+ years of technical program management experience\nDemonstrated experience managing programs with significant technical complexity and interdependencies\nTrack record of successful program delivery at scale with significant technical components\nRequired Qualifications\nExpert-level program management skills with ability to lead complex technical initiatives from concept to launch\nDeep understanding of hardware/software development lifecycles and manufacturing processes\nExcellence in stakeholder management with strong written and verbal communication skills\nProven experience managing risks and dependencies in technically complex environments\nExceptional problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity\nStrong leadership presence with ability to influence without direct authority\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of 3D printing technologies and workflows\nExperience with material science and advanced manufacturing technologies\nExperience leading transformative or first-of-its-kind programs\nKnowledge of design controls and quality system requirements for medical devices\nPhysical Demands\nMay require occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and partner locations\nPrimarily office-based work with standard physical demands of an office environment\nPerks and Benefits (US Employees Only)\nUnlimited PTO for exempt employees\n10 paid holidays per year\nGenerous premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision plans\nGroup plan voluntary life insurance\nFringe benefits\n401k retirement plan\nPaid parental leave\nAllowances for those in commercial sales positions\nWorkplace perks such as food/coffee\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
