troubleshooting, documentation, and evaluation of any message displays\nDisconnect donors by removing the needle from the venipuncture site and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment into a biohazard container\nEnsure proper calibration and maintenance of plasma autopheresis machines to include; daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance of all equipment in the donor floor area\nMaintain equipment and work area cleanliness in between donors \nResponsible for accurate documentation of collection records\nThorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future\nMaintain an open line of communication with Management\nMaintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with donors, fellow employees, and vendors\nAbility to accept performance feedback in a professional manner\nRegular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings\nOther duties as assigned Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum one (1) year work experience preferred\nLicense or certification where required by state\nRequirements\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nProvide a pleasant customer service experience\nAbility to read and interpret directions and instructions\nPerform basic math calculations\nBasic computer skills\nReasoning ability to identify, interpret and apply appropriate information\nPhysical Requirements\nUse hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls;
