This position is based in our corporate office in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA, is not remote and our office hours are 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nEssential Functions (include but are not limited to):\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFull Cycle AP\nOversee end-to-end AP operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.\nManage the AP document review process and validate the accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization of all invoices.\nStrengthen internal controls to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments.\nApprove and revise payment proposals and strategically manage the payment schedule.\nReport payment results to stakeholders and communicate key issues promptly.\nSupervise daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate completion.\nOversee vendor master data management, including bank account verification and update controls.\nLead payment audits and recommend process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.\nProvide guidance and direction to AP team members to improve performance and workflow quality.\nAdditional responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLead full-cycle A/P operations and drive process standardization and automation initiatives.\nReview and approve vendor invoices, expense reports, and credit memos across multiple currencies.\nEnsure adherence to approval workflows and strengthen internal controls to prevent unauthorized expenses.\nResolve discrepancies among purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices, and implement long-term corrective actions.\nManage communication with internal and external stakeholders and provide timely reports and insights as needed.\nReview Trial Balance and AP Aging Reports to identify variances and provide analysis on key fluctuations.\nOversee vendor communication processes, maintain complete vendor records, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.\nLead the resolution of invoice processing issues and implement continuous improvement measures.\nApprove check requests, wire transfers, and ACH payment submissions.\nReview monthly account reconciliations and address discrepancies through proper follow-up and corrective actions.\nLead special projects and departmental initiatives such as system enhancements, automation, or policy updates.\nOversee electronic bank feeds and credit card reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.\nSupport month/quarter/year-end closing by reviewing cut-off procedures and ensuring timely posting of AP-related transactions.\nReview supplier statements and reconcile outstanding items to maintain accurate balances.\nCollaborate closely with the Treasurer and Finance Manager to optimize cash flow and payment planning.\nSupervise processing of client chargeable disbursements, service invoices, expense reports, and petty cash requests.\nReview invoice terms, discounts, and approvals to ensure compliance with vendor agreements\nQualifications, Skills and Experience: What We’re Looking For\nEducation/Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in finance or accounting or other related fields (business administration, economics, etc.) from an accredited university or program required.\nRequirements:\nStrong knowledge of Business Online Banking (Firm Banking) and SAP systems.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of financial data.\nExperience with internal controls, AP process design, and operational oversight.\nPreferred Qualification/What We’d Like to See:\nBilingual in English and Korean is a plus\nAbility to navigate complex multinational/multicultural organizations\n7-12 years of full-cycle AP experience or equivalent supervisory/managerial experience\nExperience leading AP process
