Assisstant Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to support the development and execution of product strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the product lifecycle-from concept to launch-and to ensure that our product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives.

Through data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, the Assistant Product Manager ensures that product development runs smoothly and efficiently. They act as a bridge between departments, contributing to product innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, and launch of new products and features

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and business metrics

• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success

• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and requirements documentation

• Prepare product documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders

• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met

• Support product testing, QA, and post-launch evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related area (internships included)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
