because at LG, Life's Good.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrepare, analyze and maintain demand forecasts based on various aspects such as historical data, channel sell out & inventory trends and consensus of bottom up and top down forecasts\nMonitor and manage channel inventory level and sell in / sell out by keeping stock level healthy\nKeep demand forecast fluctuation low and avoid shortage or overstock\nPrepare and facilitate S&OP meetings including data preparation, scenario simulation, alignment with Sales and SCM and the documentation of decisions\nCollaborate closely and work cross-functionally with Sales, SCM and Order Management teams in operational level\nAnalyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve the quality\nIdentify risks and opportunities in demand management and proactively come up with mitigation plans\nPrepare regular demand and inventory related reports for local and regional stakeholders\nYou Must Have\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field\n3-5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management or related fields\nStrong MS Office skills, especially Excel\nStrong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders\nFluent in English; Korean or German is an advantage\nNice If You Have\nAbility to work with large data sets
