Serving as LG's primary on-site technical representative, you'll partner with System Integration teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex engineering designs into world-class visual experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive Project Success - Coordinate with Project Managers and System Integration Partners to ensure installations remain on schedule and are executed efficiently.\nTrain Installation Teams - Provide installation and product operation training for system integrators, technicians, and LG personnel to ensure successful project execution.\nServe as LG's Technical Expert - Act as the primary on-site technical liaison between customers, sales teams, vendors, and integration partners.\nSolve Complex Challenges - Partner with Technical Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve installation, configuration, and system integration issues.\nEnsure Site Readiness - Evaluate installation environments to verify site conditions, infrastructure, safety requirements, and overall project readiness before work begins.\n Validate Project Materials - Verify inventory, bills of materials (BOMs), shipping documentation, and equipment prior to installation.\nCapture Project Progress - Maintain accurate documentation, daily status reports, technical findings, and project updates throughout the installation lifecycle.\nChampion Product Innovation - Provide technical insights that directly influence next-gen DVLED product improvements while representing customer needs to Product Management teams.\nRepresent LG at Industry Events - Support product demonstrations, trade shows, customer events, and LG Brand Innovation Centers with technical expertise and product setup.\nProvide Remote Technical Support - Assist customers and partners with troubleshooting and technical guidance when onsite support is not required.\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical School certification in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or equivalent technical education.\n2-4 years of hands-on DirectView LED installation experience.\nWorking knowledge of DVLED technology, mounting systems, LED module handling, and installation best practices.\nWorking knowledge of NovaStar and Megapixel LED display control systems, including controller configuration, commissioning, image mapping, and basic troubleshooting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and design tools (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Visio).\nStrong ability to read and interpret A/V, electrical, and mechanical drawings.\nUnderstanding of IT, networking, and A/V system integration.\nExceptional communication, time management, and decision-making skills.\nProven analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nSkilled in documenting and escalating technical issues.\nAbility to lift and move heavy equipment safely.\nComfort working in high-stakes, fast-paced environments-independently or as part of a team.\nStrong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.\nKnowledge of site safety procedures, safe tool use, and ladder safety.\nAbility to safely use hand and power tools while following established job site safety procedures.\nValid U.S. driver’s license and flexibility to travel extensively (75%).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting large-scale commercial AV or DirectView LED installations.\nOSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification required; OSHA 30-Hour certification strongly preferred.\nTrack record of successful cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Service, Project Management, Sales Engineering).\nProven success supporting System Integration Partners and delivering exceptional customer experiences.\nRecruiting Range\n$80,000—$95,000 USD\nBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:\nNo-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.\nAuto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.\nGenerous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time. \nPerformance based Short-Term Incentives (varies by role).\nAccess to confidential mental health resources to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.
