At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. \nPay $21 per hour\nShift: Days\nResponsibilities:\nMonitoring the fire alarm system\nVendor Registration / Inspection\nFire Panel Tacking\nRespond to injuries and administer care or contact the proper authorities to assist with the call\nActively work with local first responders should they need to call them\nIdentify hazards in the facility and generate ideas on solution and/or resolve the issue\nConduct periodic inspection of fire suppression system:\nSprinkler\nCheck for water pressure on all sprinkler risers \nCheck for leaks of the sprinkler pipe \nCheck for malfunctions throughout the system \nCheck the Heating units \nPerform Fire Pump Testing \nCheck Fuel level of Fuel Tanks \nFire Extinguishers Inspections \nHose Cabinets Inspections \nVESDA Unit Inspection (including ECO’s) \nLow Point Drain inspections \nARD’s (visual/reset when needed) \nFDC (visual) \nFire Hydrant (visual) \nPIV (visual) \nFire Exits (visual/fix when needed) \nFire Exit Routs (visual/fix when needed) \nCombustible Storage \nInspect permanents hot work areas \nGas leaks\nSafety Background \nElectrical Equipment \nLive cabinets that are left open \nPower tools\nElectrical Cords\nGrounding\nOr any other duties assigned by your Technician/Lead/Supervisor or Manager.\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma\nPrevious experience (Firefighter, Fire and Safety, Fire Inspector, etc.)\nSome occasional international travel required\nBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:\nNo-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.\nAuto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.\nGenerous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time. \nPerformance based Short-Term Incentives (varies by role).\nAccess to confidential mental health resources to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.
