At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. \nThe Opportunity:\nWe are currently seeking aSr Account Manager to join our Data Center Cooling sales team in the Eco Solutions division! \nThe Sr Account Manager is key to the success of the chiller and data center business in the United States. The successful candidate will have strong sales, relationship building, leadership and communication skills at all levels of an organization. Additionally, the successful Sr Account Manager will have a strong strategic grasp of the market and the ability to contribute to go to market strategy. The Data Center Sales Engineer will be expected to provide actionable competitor intelligence and regular performance analysis to sales management. \nDevelop, maintain, and monitor a target list of key data center and/or process cooling customers and work with 3rd party independent reps as appropriate to hit target sales.\nGrow strong relationships as the point of contact for these owner customers and channel partners.\nBuild an opportunity pipeline for the product offering, provide monthly forecasts for awards and revenue; and communicate regularly with the director of process cooling.\nWork with marketing and engineering to create compelling sales presentations & proposals highlighting LG’s value proposition and differentiation.\nPersonally sell LG cooling technologies including chiller products to both reps and customers. \nProviding ongoing training and education of reps and customers regarding process cooling technology and LG advantages focusing on chillers.\nEnable required customer support directly or with the help of LG’s customer call center and field support teams.\nBe an internal expert and customer advocate to influence product and process roadmap decisions.\nQualifications:\nBachelors, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent related work experience.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer in the HVAC, process cooling, or data center industry. \nKnowledge of process cooling equipment design, especially chiller knowledge, is desired.\nAbility to travel throughout the U.S.\nWillingness to pursue and attend additional training related to performance of job.\nMotivated and Self-Starter, able to work independently from remote locations.\nStrong understanding of project specifications and blueprints.\nDynamic personality with great leadership, management, sales and communication skills.\nRecruiting Range\n$110,000—$140,000 USD\nBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:\nNo-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.\nAuto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.\nGenerous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time. \nPerformance based Short-Term Incentives (varies by role).\nAccess to confidential mental health resources to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.
