(LGCOP) is seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Supervisor to support our ABS manufacturing operations in Ravenna, Ohio. This position provides technical leadership to the Engineering Team while partnering closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to drive operational excellence.\nThe Engineering Supervisor will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, optimizing equipment performance, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting capital projects.
