They collaborate closely with production partners, creatives, and the agency’s client services team to successfully manage projects.\nResponsibilities\nReview new project requests; advise on budgets and timing; and create work-back schedules and budgets for assigned projects.\n\nAct as the primary production authority from kickoff to delivery; champion innovative approaches; demonstrate project management excellence and cross-functional leadership; and lead small-scale through complex integrated productions, including multiple concurrent projects.\n\nPresent projects, estimates, and production processes at client presentations; and coordinate communication through meetings and Slack notes across accounts, creative, content, freelancers, production houses, directors, and audio partners.\n\nReview project assets and outputs before client feedback or final trafficking; and identify broadcast production process improvements.\n\nManage all talent documentation, including contract creation, uploads, cycle tracking, residual payments, and related activities.\n\nSource and research production partners as required; monitor new industry players, techniques, and trends; and propose creative solutions to problems that arise.\n\nManage production billing; and create and track estimates, invoices, and POs.\n\nManage monthly revenue reporting, project actuals, and forecasts for the following month;
