Je werkt nauw samen met internationale key users, proceseigenaren en externe partners.\nJouw taken:\n\nJe lost technische en functionele problemen op in het ERP-systeem, van analyse tot oplossing.\nJe voert configuratie- en systeemverbeteringen door en bouwt verder expertise op in het ERP-platform en bijhorende technologieën.\nJe bewaakt en onderhoudt de integraties tussen het ERP-systeem en andere bedrijfsapplicaties, zodat data correct en tijdig stroomt.\nJe ondersteunt de belangrijkste bedrijfsprocessen, zoals sales, productie, logistiek en finance.\nJe coördineert het change managementproces en volgt wijzigingen en releases op.\nJe fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor zowel IT als business en vertaalt noden naar gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.\nJe documenteert oplossingen, configuraties en procedures.\n\n Wie zoeken we?\n\nJe hebt ervaring met enterprise-applicatieondersteuning, bij voorkeur in Microsoft Dynamics 365 of SAP\nJe hebt ervaring met of goed inzicht in integraties tussen ERP en andere bedrijfsapplicaties.\nJe kent bedrijfsprocessen zoals sales, finance en productie.
