Ook intern speel je een actieve rol in het delen van kennis.\nHands-on & Strategisch: Je behoudt je technische scherpte, maar combineert dit met een helikopterview over het volledige (full-stack) softwareproject.\n\n Jouw profiel:\n\nJe hebt minstens 7 à 8 jaar ervaring (liefst 10+ jaar) als .NET Developer of Architect.\nGroeipotentieel: Ben je een sterke Medior/Senior Developer (5+ jaar) die de ambitie en capaciteiten heeft om door te groeien naar een Tech Lead rol? Dan staan we ook zeker open voor een gesprek!\nSenior tech stack: .NET, Azure, SQL Server, Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps) en Automated Testing (Unit & Integration).\nArchitecturaal inzicht: Je hebt stevige kennis van DDD, Microservices en Clean Architecture. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd met Messaging systemen (zoals RabbitMQ of NServiceBus).\nFull-stack visie: Je hebt feeling met moderne frontend frameworks (React, Angular en/of Blazor).\nInnovatieve mindset: Je toont een actieve interesse in de integratie van AI binnen software development.\nSoft skills: Je neemt ownership, hanteert een Agile mindset (Scrum/Kanban) en durft richting te geven, terwijl je open-minded blijft voor andere perspectieven.
