Voor grootschalige projecten stuur je de externe implementatiepartners inhoudelijk aan.\n\nProjectbegeleiding van A tot Z: Je bewaakt het volledige traject van change requests: van scopebepaling en procesdocumentatie tot testscenario’s, user training en go-live.\n\nMaster Data & Integraties: Je neemt eigenaarschap over het master data-luik (datakwaliteit, governance en datastromen) en bewaakt de EDI-processen binnen jouw domein (o.a. integraties met 3PL-logistiek, facturatie, DESADV).\n\nInternationale Standaardisatie: Je speelt een sleutelrol bij de verdere internationale SAP-rollouts en zorgt voor procesharmonisatie en adoptie op de verschillende productiesites.\n\nSupport & Continuïteit: Je behandelt tweedelijns supporttickets voor jouw domein en pakt terugkerende incidenten structureel aan.\n\nRapportering: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de IT Applications Manager.\n\n Jouw profiel\n\nOpleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma (IT, Handelsingenieur, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als SAP Business Analist binnen SD en/of MM.\n\nTechnische affiniteit: Kennis van Mendix en/of OpenText VIM is een sterke plus, evenals affiniteit met EDI-standaarden.\n\nCan-do mentaliteit: Je werkt autonoom, neemt initiatief en combineert conceptueel denkvermogen met een pragmatische, hands-on aanpak.\n\nBruggenbouwer: Je communiceert helder en overtuigend op alle niveaus (van business stakeholder tot externe ontwikkelaar). Je hebt de nieuwsgierigheid om ook over de grenzen van SD/MM heen te kijken naar andere SAP-modules.\n\nTalen & Mobiliteit: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
