Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden
Als Global IT Security Analyst neem je de leiding in het beschermen en versterken van de IT-infrastructuur. Je werkt over de domeinen van security operations, vulnerability management, compliance en user awareness heen.

  • Security Operations & Incident Response: Je monitort, analyseert en reageert op security alerts en incidenten met behulp van tools zoals Microsoft Defender en Taegis XDR.
  • Vulnerability Management: Je coördineert patch-activiteiten, volgt risico-gebaseerde prioritering op en zorgt voor system hardening via veilige configuratiestandaarden.
  • Beleid, Audits & Compliance: Je onderhoudt security policies en zorgt voor compliance met regelgeving zoals NIS2, GDPR en ISO 27001. Je begeleidt interne/externe audits, risk assessments en penetratietesten.
  • Tooling & Cloud Security: Je beheert en optimaliseert beveiligingsoplossingen (MS Defender, Zscaler, Taegis XDR) en ondersteunt Identity & Access Management processen (access reviews, MFA).
  • Awareness & Continuïteit: Je rolt het security awareness programma uit (inclusief KnowBe4 trainingen en phishing simulaties) en draagt bij aan Business Continuity en Disaster Recovery planning.

Jouw Profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je bezit een Bachelor of Master in IT of Information Security en hebt minimaal 5 jaar hands-on ervaring in IT-security, cybersecurity operations of infrastructuurbeveiliging.
  • Technische Expertise: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met incident response, vulnerability management en moderne security tools binnen een Microsoft-gedreven of hybride omgeving.
  • Kaders & Certificeringen: Je bent vertrouwd met frameworks zoals NIS2, GDPR en ISO 27001. Relevante certificeringen (CISSP, CISM, Security+, Microsoft Security) zijn een sterke troef.
  • Soft Skills & Talen: Je bent analytisch, neemt makkelijk ownership en werkt proactief in een globale omgeving. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je staat open voor occasioneel (internationaal) reizen indien projecten dit vereisen.
