Je combineert diepgaande technische expertise met klantencontact, kennisdeling en een proactieve blik op stabiele, veilige en toekomstgerichte IT-omgevingen.\nJouw taken:\nJe analyseert, reproduceert en verhelpt complexe storingen, fouten en prestatieproblemen binnen uiteenlopende IT-omgevingen.\nJe voert diepgaande troubleshooting uit en doet root-cause-analyses, zodat je duurzame oplossingen biedt in plaats van quick fixes.\nJe beheert en optimaliseert Microsoft-omgevingen, waaronder Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper-V en SQL.\nJe ondersteunt bij de configuratie, installatie en optimalisatie van hard- en softwaretoepassingen en IT-infrastructuur.\nJe bent technisch aanspreekpunt voor complexe uitdagingen en communiceert helder over bevindingen, voortgang en oplossingen.\nJe denkt proactief mee met klanten om hun IT-omgeving stabieler, veiliger en toekomstgericht te maken.\nJe werkt nauw samen met collega-experts en leveranciers wanneer structurele problemen verder onderzocht moeten worden.\nJe werkt setup manuals, best practices en herbruikbare templates uit, en deelt je kennis als sparringpartner voor collega’s.\n\nWie zoeken we?\nJe hebt een passie voor IT en haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van complexe technische problemen.\nJe hebt uitgebreide hands-on ervaring met Microsoft-omgevingen: Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online), Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper-V en SQL.\nJe hebt goede kennis van TCP/IP, routing en VLAN’s.\nKennis van serverhardware, clusteromgevingen, VoIP of Apple macOS is een pluspunt.\nJe bent klantgericht, proactief en kan technische informatie helder vertalen voor klanten en collega’s.\nJe werkt accuraat, neemt ownership en initiatief, en bent een echte teamplayer met een “can do”-mentaliteit.\nJe spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans (must).
