We are currently seeking candidates who are up for the challenge of operating in a high-growth, purpose-driven organization.\n This is a 12-month contract role.\nThe Warehouse Operations Specialist will support day-to-day warehouse operations while also contributing to the setup, layout, processes, and procedures of the warehouse.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform hands-on warehouse and floor operations as needed.\nSupport the design, setup, and organization of warehouse space, workflows, and processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, safety, organization, and overall operations.\nParticipate in meetings related to warehouse setup, operations, and process improvement.\nServe as a delegate or team representative at designated meetings when primary team members have scheduling conflicts.\nCommunicate meeting updates, decisions, and action items back to the appropriate team members.\nAssist with coordinating and implementing agreed-upon warehouse changes.\nWork collaboratively with warehouse employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.\nBalance daily warehouse responsibilities with assigned project and coordination activities.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nExperience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations and floor activities.\nAbility to identify operational issues and contribute practical solutions.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to participate effectively in meetings and represent the warehouse team when delegated.\nAbility to work independently while also collaborating with multiple teams.\nComfortable balancing hands-on work with planning, coordination, and project responsibilities.\nERP system familiarity \nPreferred Qualifications:\nIFS ERP system familiarity\nExperience in the biotech or medical device industry is a plus.\nExperience operating forklifts and other powered equipment is a plus.\nWhat we offer (US based-employees):\nCompetitive compensation with strong bonus program\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and dependents\nFSA/HSA Pre-tax savings plans for health care, childcare, and elder care\nVoluntary Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity programs\n401(k) retirement plan with matching employer contribution\nCompany-paid short- and long- term disability, life insurance, and employee assistance program\nPet Insurance for our furry friends\n8 weeks of parental leave for qualifying life event\nTown Hall monthly meeting onsite/virtual, Cheer program where employees are recognized for outstanding work, Companywide social events, frequent catered lunches and much more!.\nThis position requires current U.S. work authorization.
