We provide the tools, programmes and expertise that help make this possible, supporting customers in more than 120 countries worldwide.\n We're seeking a Reporting Coordinator to join our team and help deliver accurate reports and excellent customer support to organisations that rely on our services every day.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude who enjoys working with data, systems and problem-solving.\nWorking with colleagues across Reporting, Customer Services and Technical teams, you'll help ensure participants receive accurate results, high-quality reports and excellent service throughout their proficiency testing journey.\nWhat you'll be doing\nCoordinating reporting activities for allocated proficiency testing schemes.\nProducing, checking and distributing reports and supporting documentation to participants.\nProviding first-line support to customers via email and telephone, helping them with result submissions, reporting queries and system-related questions.\nAccurately entering, validating and maintaining participant and scheme data.\nAssisting with the setup of new scheme years and supporting reporting system configuration activities.\nSupporting testing and validation of system improvements and new functionality.\nMonitoring reporting schedules and helping ensure deadlines are met.\nWorking closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.\nSupporting departmental objectives and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.\nEssential\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence working with data, systems and administrative processes.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\nA proactive and customer-focused approach.\nNice to have\nExperience in administration, data processing, customer service or reporting roles.\nExperience working in a regulated, quality-focused or technical environment.\nStrong Excel skills.\nExperience supporting business systems or customer-facing platforms.\nExperience identifying and implementing process improvements.\n Why join us?\nHybrid working with 2-3 days per week onsite in Bury.\nDevelop transferable skills in reporting, customer support, data administration and systems.\nGain exposure to quality-focused processes and technical operations.\nBuild experience that could lead to future opportunities in operations, customer service, reporting, quality or project-based roles.\nOur values\nPASSION\nCURIOSITY\nINTEGRITY\nBRILLIANCE\nRESPECT\nEqual opportunities\nWe are committed to ensuring that every job applicant and employee is valued for their individual talents.
