As an integral member of our Logistics Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to lead and refine logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations. Your efforts will guarantee the smooth movement, storage, and availability of goods, maintaining excellent service levels to both internal and external customers. Collaborating closely with the Director of Logistics, you will advance process alignment, operational efficiency, and cross-functional project advancement across the D&G Business Unit. This is a highly ambitious position where your demonstrated ability to compete and successfully implement strategies will be crucial to our success!\n Minimum Qualifications:\nExperience in people management and leading a team.\nMinimum of 5 years of direct working experience\nEstablished skill in advancing performance.\nProficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.\nExperience with ERP systems.\nKnowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.\nStrong familiarity with warehouse management practices and procedures.\nMulti-site logistics leadership experience.\nDirect industry experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAP experience.\n The customary salary range for this position is:\nMinimum pay rate: $112,000 USD annually\nMaximum pay rate: $168, 000 USD annually\nThe salary range provided covers the minimum and maximum amounts projected for this role.
