They ensure that the various projects within their programs are aligned with business objectives, contractual commitments, and organizational priorities.\nThey coordinate the contributions of multidisciplinary teams, anticipate risks and interdependencies, and maintain control over scope, schedules, resources, revenue, and costs.\nActing as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, they create the conditions required for effective decision-making, sustained collaboration, and the predictable delivery of value. Through their expertise and influential leadership, they also contribute to the continuous improvement of program management, governance, and technology deployment practices.\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Governance and Delivery\nLead the programs within their assigned portfolio, from planning through deployment and stabilization.\n\nEstablish the governance structure, decision-making mechanisms, performance indicators, and reporting processes required for successful execution.\n\nMaintain an integrated view of projects, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and expected outcomes.\n\nEnsure that programs are aligned with client priorities, contractual commitments, and LGI’s objectives.\n\nMonitor overall program performance and take prompt action when deviations occur.\n\nPlanning, Financial Performance, and Capacity Management\nPlan and monitor schedules, resources, revenue, billing, effort budgets, associated costs, and key program commitments.\n\nAnticipate capacity and expertise requirements in collaboration with the appropriate managers.\n\nMonitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend the necessary corrective actions.\n\nAssess the impact of changes to scope, schedules, or resources.\n\nProvide reliable information to support decision-making.\n\nRisk, Issue, and Change Management\nAnticipate and manage risks, dependencies, constraints, and issues that may affect programs.\n\nAssess their operational, technological, financial, contractual, and client-related impacts.\n\nDevelop and implement the necessary action plans and mitigation strategies.\n\nManage changes while maintaining an appropriate balance among value, scope, costs, capacity, and timelines.\n\nFacilitate the resolution of complex or ambiguous situations.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership and Engagement\nProvide influential leadership to teams and stakeholders without direct managerial authority.\n\nClarify priorities, facilitate trade-off decisions, and promote effective collaboration.\n\nServe as a subject-matter expert in program governance and management.\n\nFoster accountability, transparency, and a results-oriented approach.\n\nClient and Stakeholder Relationship Management\nAct as LGI’s primary point of contact for the programs under their responsibility.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.\n\nUnderstand their needs, constraints, and concerns to help guide decisions.\n\nProactively communicate progress, risks, required decisions, and potential impacts.\n\nManage expectations and sensitive situations while safeguarding both client satisfaction and LGI’s interests.\n\nPractice Excellence and Transformation\nContribute to the evolution of program and project management standards and practices.\n\nIdentify and lead improvements aimed at increasing predictability, efficiency, and execution quality.\n\nLeverage data, digital tools, and approved artificial intelligence capabilities to support analysis, planning, and decision-making.\n\nPromote the adoption of responsible, repeatable, and value-creating practices.\n\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, engineering, project management, or a related field.\n\nPMP certification or recognized training in project or program management is a strong asset.\n\nExperience\nA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technology project or program management.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.\n\nExperience leading large-scale technology deployments or implementations, from initiation through production launch.\n\nExperience working in multidisciplinary environments that include business analysts, architects, developers, technical specialists, and project managers.\n\nExperience in the healthcare, government, institutional, or other regulated sectors is a strong asset.\n\nKnowledge of clinical solution environments, ERP systems, business intelligence, or complex enterprise systems is an asset.\n\nSkills and Competencies:\nDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, bring structure to complex situations, influence without direct authority, and create alignment among sometimes competing interests.\n\nStrong understanding of IT environments, including applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.\n\nKnowledge of management, collaboration, planning, and visualization tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Confluence is an asset.\n\nAI Proficiency : Must use and promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence to improve planning, analysis, and execution, and uses it regularly in their business processes and tasks.\n\nCritical Thinking and Judgment: Resolves complex issues, analyzes trade-offs, and anticipates the risks and impacts of decisions.\n\nCommunication and Collaboration: Ability to engage multiple teams and stakeholders and adapts communication to operational, client, and executive audiences.\n\nAccountability : Takes ownership of the overall outcomes of complex programs and intervenes proactively when commitments are at risk.\n\nClient Focus: Balances client satisfaction, delivered value, and organizational interests when making program decisions.\n\nBusiness Acumen: Integrates financial, contractual, operational, and client considerations into decision-making.\n\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement : Advances management practices and contributes to improving program performance.\n\nStrategic Leadership: Ability to balance immediate
