Description Landing Gear Technologies is an FAA Certified Repair Station specializing in the repair and overhaul of aircraft landing gears and components. At this time LGT is currently looking to hire an Engineer Specialist. Location: The right candidate for this role must be residing in South Florida, as this position is fully onsite. Duties and Responsibilities: Must have Landing Gear Experience. Understand and interpret aerospace technical documents such as CMM's, OHM's, SOPM's, Service Bulletins & Letters, Blueprints Etc. Creating work plans for individual parts detailing the required repair process as stated in the OEM technical data. Visually & Dimensionally inspecting aircraft components to verify compliance in accordance with technical data (CMM, OHM, Blueprint). Determine applicable repair processes in case rework is required for return to service in accordance with technical data (CMM, OHM, Blueprint). Post re-work inspection to verify completion of tasks.
