It is designed as a full-time role during semester breaks, with flexibility during studies three working days per week.\nThis is more than just a student job. It’s a chance to grow-professionally and personally-in a dynamic, collaborative environment. We’re looking for students who can commit to this role for at least two years, and who are eager to develop their skills, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully to our team.\nYour main tasks as Student Support would include:\nAssisting with the coordination of tax workstreams relating to private equity, infrastructure, private credit and other investment transactions;\nSupporting process improvement initiatives and the use of digital tools within the team;\nSupporting the management of the team inbox and coordinating incoming requests;\nAssisting with the collection, organization and filing of tax, legal and transaction-related documentation;\nAssisting with the review of investment subscription and onboarding documentation for completeness and consistency;\nPreparing document packages and supporting signing and document execution processes for investment transactions;\nMaintaining transaction trackers, internal databases and reporting tools; \nComparing, compiling and organizing documents received from fund managers, service providers and advisors;\nSupporting the preparation of presentations, status updates and internal meeting materials;\nAssisting in coordinating with internal teams, external counsel and tax advisors on administrative and project-related matters.\nRequirements\nPursuing a Bachelor or beginning of master’s degree in Law or a related Legal and/or Tax subject\nExcellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment;\nStrong interest in enhancing financial acumen and broadening knowledge of the tax risk management associated with the firm’s private market investments and fund structures\nGood organizational skills.\nBenefits\nHome Office: after the successful introduction period you will have the option to work a maximum of 40% of your time from home in Switzerland.
