As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all Avaloq and other platforms' release deliveries are of the quality expected by the business users and can be released into production.\nYour Responsibilities\nInvolvement during the definition and design phases for change, contributing to overall solution.\nSupport the creation of test plans and test cases for all functionalities to be developed, covering both application and broader business process testing.\nTracking the test cases back to associated design and requirements documents.\nCollaboration with business SMEs and management to agree and sign off on the test approach.\nExecution of test plans and test cases, capturing of test results and associated evidence.\nSupport the Platform team in identifying issues for failed or conditionally passed test cases.\nSupport the broader business by ensuring stability of the UAT test environment and test connections to counterparties\nExecution of process improvements to the LGT test framework in alignment with DevOps principles\nWork with the Lead Quality Engineer to determine the management of standardised test data.\nWorking across multiple platforms including Avaloq, data integration systems and APIs.\nAbout You\nExperience tester across a range of products and processes within financial services or experience in validating financial services product rollouts within a business function.\nExperience with JIRA, Confluence, and extensive knowledge of test automation tools (i.e. Selenium, Playwright, Testmaster, Tosca). Exposure to CI/CD environments is advantageous.\nExperience in test execution and coordinating End to End SWIFT message testing with counterparties is highly regarded.\nExperience in building and maintaining Test Automation framework.\nExperience in working within technology teams.\nExposure towards traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies.\nExperience with the Avaloq or any other wealth management platform is highly regarded, along with a good understanding of wealth management processes and products.\nSolid experience within the financial services industry, particularly in wealth management, is highly beneficial.\nQualifications in CompSci or related fields preferred.\nISTQB and Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist (SA) is desired.\nLGT Wealth Management is committed to the ongoing development of their employees.
