We have over £30 billion in funds under management and circa 700 staff.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform APIs.\nBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.\nWork with product team to translate business requirements into technical designs, balancing usability, maintainability and platform limits.\nApply Salesforce security best practices, including sharing, permissions and Lightning Web Security.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and identify their root causes.\nImprove deployment pipelines, release practices and monitoring.\nMentor engineers and collaborate with architects, administrators, product owners and other stakeholders.\nAdhere to all Information Security Policies\nCompleting other duties as directed\nThe nature of the role requires some work outside of normal business hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays\nRequirements\nKey Skills and Competency Requirements:\n· Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II)\n· Familiar with the declarative development tools of Salesforce, such as Validation Rules, Process Builders and Flows\n· Familiar with the coding development tools of Salesforce, such as Apex, Aura and LWC\n· Experience of working with Salesforce Integrations -
