As a Full Stack Software Engineer in the Platform Team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining common digital capabilities used across multiple teams.\nWe are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with end-to-end capability across modern Angular/React frontends and Java-based backend development, as well as solid experience working in a containerised, API-driven, CI/CD-enabled enterprise environment.\nYour Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain platform products, internal tools, and shared services used across multiple teams.\n\nBuild frontend experiences for internal platform applications, developer portals, administrative consoles, operational dashboards, and self-service workflows.\n\nDevelop backend services, APIs, integrations, and automation components that support shared engineering and operational capabilities.\n\nCreate and maintain reusable libraries, components, templates, standards, and patterns that improve consistency and reduce duplication.\n\nCollaborate with architects and technical stakeholders to produce scalable, secure, and supportable solution designs.\n\nSupport the design and implementation of integration patterns and interfaces across internal systems and third-party platforms, where required.\n\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, build and release processes, deployment automation, and software delivery tooling.\n\nChampion testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, automated regression coverage, and quality controls within the delivery lifecycle.\n\nImprove developer experience by identifying friction points and implementing practical enhancements to engineering workflows and platform usability.\n\nSupport platform observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, troubleshooting, and operational health, ensuring issues are identified and resolved efficiently.\n\nParticipate in incident triage, problem management, release and change support, and production issue resolution across the full stack.\n\nIdentify and clearly communicate technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nParticipate actively in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos.\n\nContribute to technical documentation, implementation guides, support runbooks, onboarding materials, and operational procedures.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, peer collaboration, and engineering practice uplift, helping to strengthen the overall maturity of the Platform Team.\n\nWork with security, risk, and governance stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, compliance obligations, and secure engineering principles.\n\nSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify architecture, reduce technical debt, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery.\n\nTroubleshoot issues across the user interface, APIs, services, integrations, data access layers, environments, and deployment pipelines.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure platform solutions are practical, adoptable, and well supported.\n\nContribute to estimation, planning, and prioritisation activities, helping the team deliver valuable outcomes in a sustainable way.\n\nYour skills and experience\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
