Onboarding Specialist & Delivery Assistant, LHH CTM
This position is to fill a dual role within our organization. The primary focus of this position is Engagement, which involves activating and onboarding career transition programs for candidates from diverse companies. Additionally, the role will entail providing support for ICEO delivery activities. The percentage allocation for each role is based on business needs and actual data, and it may be subject to adaptation or change to align with the evolving demands of the business. Given the nature of this position, flexibility is expected, and the responsibilities outlined in this job description should not be considered exhaustive or limiting. The individual in this role may also take on additional responsibilities as assigned by their direct reports.
Reporting Relationships:
- Engagement: Direct report will be theEngagement Manager of DACH & BNP cluster, which is part of the Global team for Engagement.
- Delivery: Direct report will beto the Director of Cand. & Cons. Experience CT&M and LD (DACH BNP)

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities:
Engagement Netherlands and Belgium 70%
- Description and presentation of our services among candidates
- Contact and outreach candidates based on outreach protocol
- Phone calls
- Other channels
- Support and conduct Care/Info session, if necessary, on site or digitally
- Acting as a liaison between LHH, candidate, and consultant
- Follow all Business policies and processes, best practice guidelines always
- Deal with different stake holders to ensure smooth run of operations
- Meet KPI’S and Engagement targets
- Support team and management to achieve business objectives and or deliverables including presentations, travel and material if applied
- Collaborate with engagement leadership and key stakeholders to develop engagement strategies for individual projects and accounts
- Monitor engagement trends, propose and implement solutions to maximize revenue
- Assist in training new engagement specialists
- Positively contribute towards creating a positive, solution orientated, results driven and high-performance culture
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to continuously improve candidate engagement
- Support management to implement future vision for engagement
- Provide accurate forecasts to management
- Stay up to date on industry knowledge, complete necessary training and proactively develop skills required for the role
- Support/Cover any Engagement colleagues when absent or in Holiday in India and other countries
- Shopper calls
- Use an implementation of different tools/ methodologies mentioned by management (Orbit, NGEN, Call system, call script, outreach protocols, status protocol and system initiatives)
Delivery 30%
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment by coordinating workplace services, facilities, suppliers, and day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, room bookings, catering, and other operational activities that support employees, candidates, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain office procedures, documentation, and workplace processes while supporting local operational initiatives and ensuring smooth office administration.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the business, including document preparation and formatting, translations, invoice validation, platform testing, reporting and data administration, and coordination of operational processes to ensure a seamless experience for candidates, consultants, clients, and colleagues.
All About You
- Proficiency in Dutch and Fluent in English
- Ideally Professional experience in HR, service, or consulting environment
- Expertise in a professional sales environment is advantageous
- Strong Service and Quality Orientation
- Experience with outbound and call calling
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Reliability and professionalism in appearance and speech
- Persuasiveness and ability to lead active conversations
- Independent and goal-oriented work style
- Empathy to assess the counterpart and develop suitable conversation structures
- Very good computer and internet user skills
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken and local languages is a plus

Compensation: starting at 34.764 EUR gross annual salary
