As the Staff Accountant, you will assist with cost accounting, aid in the month end close process, perform account reconciliations, process accounts receivable/payable transactions, assist with inventory maintenance, analyze general ledger activity, and create financial schedules. The ideal candidate for this role should have great problem-solving skills, excellent time management and strong attention to detail.\nEssential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n· Supporting the daily accounting department functions\n· Support Month end/Year end Close\n· Journal Entries\n· Invoicing\n· Labor reconciliation\n· Balance sheet account reconciliations\n· Monthly/Quarterly/Annual state sales tax filings\n· A/R Collections\n· New customer setup\n· Assisting with state compliance reporting\n· Support the annual CPA review\nRequirements\nRequirements\nOn-site, full-time role in Reading, PA.\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent experience\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience\nStrong attention to detail\nExcellent time management\nStrong analytical skills\nWork both independently and in collaboration with others\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\nIf you’re looking for an interesting career in a unique industry, contact us for consideration.
