We are looking for a Product Owner with strong Product Management capabilities to not only organize, prioritize, and assess work for an Agile Team focusing on technical enhancements and frameworks (both in technology and quality), but also to drive the product’s strategic direction, define go-to-market plans, and create business cases for future developments.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing vision and direction to the Agile Development Team and stakeholders while ensuring the product aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and market demands. You will combine operational ownership with strategic product management to optimize the product’s value and market success.
As an integral part of our NetLine/HubControl product team, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our operations management solution.
Your tasks will include
- Defining and owning the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Driving go-to-market strategies, including launch planning, positioning, and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Creating and managing business cases, ROI analyses, and product roadmaps to justify and guide development initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather insights, identify market trends, and ensure product competitiveness.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog with a strong focus on technical enhancements and frameworks (both in technology and quality).
- Acting as the single point of contact for delivery commitments and scope.
- Defining and communicating releases, product milestones, and delivery plans (functional and non-functional aspects).
- Negotiating priorities, scope, financing, and delivery timelines with stakeholders.
- Representing the product both internally and externally, including customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Contributing to agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
You are looking for us if you have experiences/ qualification in the following fields
- Product management: defining product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Creating business plans and financial models to support product initiatives.
- Deep understanding of customer requirements, market needs, and competitor landscape.
- Strong expertise in requirements management (functional and non-functional).
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality frameworks, legacy architectures, and modern technology stacks.
- Experience in agile software development methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
You will be successful in this position if you have
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility and strong decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- An innovative mindset and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong teamwork skills and experience in conflict resolution.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Experience working with nearshore and offshore locations (advantage).
