This is a chance to build that foundation from the ground up, together with the team. We don't just maintain what exists. We grow it and challenge it.\nYou'll help drive data and analytics work across our Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) domain. You'll take projects from opportunity to delivery and help scale the team through automation and self-service tooling.\nYou'll help build a trusted, scalable data foundation for AML monitoring, screening and customer risk assessment. You'll improve data quality, keep metrics consistent and make insights easier to reach. That removes manual bottlenecks and helps us detect financial crime faster and more accurately. It also lets us show regulators, clearly and with evidence, that our controls work.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nYou'll work alongside AFC analysts, investigators and engineers, contributing to:\nAnalysing and optimising transaction monitoring and screening performance, and proposing changes backed by data.\n\nCustomer risk assessment, through analysis of risk factors and the impact of model changes.\n\nBuilding and maintaining AFC dashboards and management reporting.\n\nDefining and documenting metric logic, business definitions and dataset contracts for AFC data.\n\nAutomating recurring manual analyses and data pulls so AFC teams can self-serve.\n\nWorking with Anti-Financial Crime teams, including monitoring and screening teams, 2nd line compliance, data engineering and AI teams, on data-driven improvements to our financial crime controls.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n4+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nSQL/Python proficiency and familiarity with BI tools (preferably Tableau).\n\nExperience with AML, fraud, compliance or other risk analytics is a strong plus.\n\nCuriosity, ownership, and a proactive attitude.\n\nClear communication skills, and the ability to translate between business or regulatory questions and data reality.\n\nExperience working with AWS and Snowflake is a plus.\n\nProficiency in Estonian language is preferred.\n\nYou already reside in Estonia as we don't offer relocation for this role.\n\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE\nBuild financial crime controls that scale with LHV's growth, and that last long after you've moved on.\n\nShape the setup from the start: we don't just maintain, we grow and challenge.\n\nWork with ambitious colleagues who value innovation and move fast.\n\nEnjoy the freedom to experiment and the ownership to build real impact.\n\nGrow professionally and personally through meaningful opportunities.\n\nTHE FUTURE WE'RE BUILDING\nBanking has been ugly, slow and impersonal for too long.
